Order forms

To register for our courses or to order books, you need to download, complete and send us the PDF order form. On its basis we issue a pro forma invoice which is a confirmation of the order acceptance and price conditions for selected services and/or products. We send the pro forma invoice to the ordering party for verification and payment. Payment for the order should be made by bank transfer. Upon receipt of payment, we issue a VAT invoice and start realisation of the order.
