Resignations and complaints
The following information about cancelling an order and making a complaint is an extract from the BPP General Terms and Conditions. Please note that binding information can always be found in the full Terms and Conditions.
Resignation from the training order
- From the ordered trainingyou can resign within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the distance contract, i.e. sending us the order form, provided that the use of the training has not started. Logging in to the HUB platform after the training has been made available on the individual student account is understood to be the start of the training service.
- To express your wish to resign from your order, please complete and send to us declaration of withdrawal from the contract (the form is available here). The resignation will be processed most quickly if the statement is sent to us by email, but it is also possible to send it by post.
- If an integral part of the training course ordered are books, you are obliged to return them intact within 14 days of your declaration of withdrawal. Upon receipt of your declaration, we will contact you to arrange the return of the textbooks.
- A refund of the annulled training course will be made within 14 days of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal and return of the books (if they were an integral part of the training course). Funds will be refunded to the bank account number indicated in the declaration of withdrawal from the contract.
Resignation from the books order
- From the ordered books you may resign within 14 days of receiving them.
- To express your wish to resign from your order, please complete and send to us declaration of withdrawal from the contract (the form is available here). The resignation will be processed most quickly if the statement is sent to us by email, but it is also possible to send it by post.
- Once you have submitted your declaration of withdrawal, you have two options: you return the books at your own expense or we send our courier to you, to collect the parcel with the books and deliver them to us.
- Your order will be refunded within 14 days of our receipt of the books. The condition for refunds is that the books are sent back intact. Funds will be refunded to the bank account number indicated in the declaration of withdrawal from the contract.
- In the case of eBooks, resignation from the order is only possible if the eBooks have not been activated. The activation of the eBooks is considered to be the fulfilment of the service and it is then no longer possible to withdraw from the contract.
Complaints
- At any time you have the right to make a complaint about the services we provide or the products you order.
- Complaints should be made in writing using the dedicated complaint form, found here. The complaint will be processed most quickly if the statement is sent to us by email, but it is also possible to send it by post.
- Once you have made a complaint, we have 14 days to consider it and communicate our decision to you.
